Our Guarantee to TANTRUM Customers:
We design TANTRUM apparel taking into account the highest standards for quality.  These standards apply to our customer service.  If you find that any merchandise purchased on tantrumvolleyball.com does not meet your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), you can return it for an exchange or full refund.

Returns and Exchanges:
Please ship all return packages using a form of traceable shipment including: certified mail, UPS, FedEx USPS or DHL.  Refunds for returned products will be issued based on the original form of payment.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and we do not credit shipping costs on returns or exchanges.

Return information can be found on the back of your packing slip.  If you cannot find the slip, please include the following information:

Name, Address, Email Address
Phone Number (For any questions we may have)
List of the products being returned and why.

Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date of receipt for return processing and refund.  We will notify you via email when the return has been processed.

Damaged and Defective Products:

Products can be returned for any of the following reasons:

  • Flawed product
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Control Group and replaced if the damage is due to manufacturing error or damage during shipping. Return liability is limited to replacement of a defective product or refund of payment received for the defective product.  If the product is no longer available, we will supply a comparable substitute based on product, style and price.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise damaged by abuse, misuse or that have exceeded the normal life of the product.  We can only accept returns on purchases made at www.tantrumvolleyball.com.

For products deemed damaged or defective, shipping and handling will be refunded as a part of the original charge and exchanges will be shipped at no charge.
